your photo(s).


How do I view my photos?
Please go to our website at www.showstop.co
Select “view your photos”. You will need your child’s access code to view their photo.


I misplaced my child’s access code for pictures?
Contact our customer service department at support@showstop.co. Please include the
following information:  Child’s name and School/Event


Can I crop the images?
Yes, you will find this option within the order entry system. If you crop the image, an
enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the squares on each corner and use your
mouse to adjust.


I think my order is incorrect, what do I do?
Contact our customer service department at support@showstop.co or 610-495-1900. Please
be sure to include the following information:  Your child’s name, Your child’s school/event, Grade and a brief description of the problem.
